  1. Fixed lighttpd tests to be properly skipped.
  2. Moved IE workarounds to exist only in the HTTP engine.
  3. Added installation instructions (from Catalyst-Manual dist)
  1. lighttpdのテストをスキップもするようにしたよ。
  2. IEの対応をHTTP engineだけにしたよ。
  3. インストールの手順説明を追加したよー
